Support for Gender Dysphoria

Gender dysphoria refers to psychological distress that results from an incongruence between one’s sex assigned at birth and one’s gender identity. Though gender dysphoria often begins in childhood, some people may not experience it until after puberty or much later.

If you are feeling a sense of unease because of a mismatch between your biological sex and your gender identity, and if this sense of unease or dissatisfaction is so intense that it leads to depression and anxiety that harm your daily life, contact me and schedule an appointment. I use evidence-based tools to help provide lasting relief, including acceptance, affirmation, and/or confirmation of your identity.

At this time in our history communities are being singled out and made to feel afraid and ashamed for their circumstances and identity. We are fighting for you and are here to support you through it. You are not alone.
