Mental Health Services for Diverse Women

We started providing our mental health services with one goal in mind: to help diverse women (cisgender, transgender, non-binary, and woman/feminine identified) with their healing and well-being journey towards good mental health. We are here to help our clients recover and find happiness in their work, relationships, and life. Our background in health and human services combined with our education, training, credentials, and experience in mental health helps us to help our clients refine their lives and live the life they want to live.

We are a safe space for healing and well-being. Our unique space provides a serene, safe, cozy, and relaxed environment. All of your appointments will take place in our soothing studio environment with privacy, complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water, cold beverages, snacks, and individualized care.
