  • Grounding helps enhance your awareness of the present moment through connection to one or all of your senses, such as feeling your feet on the ground, smelling your morning coffee, or noticing the color of the sky. Grounding can be helpful for anxiety, PTSD, sleep, and emotional regulation.

  • Massage uses light and heavy touch as a way to release physical pain and it may help mental and emotional health and may decrease depressed mood and acute anxiety
